What's your cancellation policy?
If cancellation is made prior to one month of arrival date, one-half the deposit is forfeited. If cancellation is made between one month and two weeks of arrival, the full deposit is forfeited. If cancellation is made within one week of arrival, the amount due will be equal to two months’ rent and will be charged to the credit card with which the deposit was made.
What utilities and amenities are included?
Each unit is fully furnished with all utilities included. Please see our amenities page for details.
Are you wheel-chair accessible?
Our units are wheelchair accessible. However, all but one of the units have a second story that is accessible by stairs only.
Do you allow pets?
We will allow one small lap dog only. Cats are not allowed. In addition, there is a $300 non-refundable pet fee.
Are you small children/infant friendly?
Children and infants are of course welcome but there are no special provisions for children. Also note that all but one of our units have stairs.
What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is prohibited both in the units and on the decks/balconies.
Is cleaning included?
Cleaning is not included with the rent but cleanings can be arranged at the renter’s expense.
Is there a fitness facility?
We do not have a fitness center onsite. However, there are three fitness centers in town that offer drop-in rates and monthly and other short-term membership options: Cal Courts, Healthsport or Planet Fitness.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (and we are closed on all of the major holidays). If you are planning to arrive after hours or on a weekend or holiday, we will assign you a lock box where you may pick up your keys.

How far ahead should I book my stay?
Availability varies. We can occasionally accommodate last-minute bookings, but the sooner you can let us know your expected dates, the more likely it is we will have an apartment available.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or cash for your initial rent payment, deposit, and cleaning fees. For ongoing rent payments, we also accept personal and company checks.
